Very cute silver plated cuff bracelet inlayed with a piece of honey colored Baltic amber. Baltic amber is not a stone, but an organic material that is considered a gemstone, valued for its historical significance and natural beauty. It is fossilized tree resin, primarily from coniferous trees, dating back 40-50 million years. It’s soft and warm unlike stone that is hard and cold. It is considered a medicinal material used in pain relief. This is a more modern made piece with deliberate patina to give the design definition. The cuff can be carefully bend to fit. No markings, I suspect this bracelet might be silver plated and not solid, price adjusted as such.
Most garments I sell are vintage. Defects are always mentioned but keep in mind I sell garments that are at least 30 years old, most are 40 or 50 years old. Some signs of wear can be expected of vintage. It’s part of the charm. Make sure you checked all pictures and descriptions before you purchase.
