Return policy

All purchases are final. I no longer accept money back returns as I am a small business with no funds to sustain a decent return policy. 

There is an exception that is when a garment shows defects not mentioned. adding defects to a garment in order to return it will not help. I will notice when a product is damaged purposely and will not refund this.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving the item. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, shipping costs excluded, in form of a gift card. Shipping needs to be done with tracking and that info should be provided to Indigo and Roses. Costs of return shipping will not be refunded. If the package was send to you with insurance (signature required) it needs to be returned in the same way. Otherwise if a package is lost I cannot refund. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Indigo and Roses with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact me via e-mail. I will then refund the order amount in form of a digital giftcard within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Please keep in mind returns are very costly for small business owners. Please read all product information before purchasing an item. Keep in mind vintage items are worn before and can have signs of wear. I would like to avoid getting returns as it is not sustainable sending packages back and forth. If you have any doubts before buying, ask me any questions you might have.
