Shipping

 

As my business is a one woman show, I ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. That means orders from Friday till Monday get shipped on Tuesday, orders from Tuesday till Thursday are shipped on Friday. This is a slow fashion business and I ask you to be patient. Please send me a message if you need express shipping.

I use PostNL (Dutch postal service) or DHL as a courier. You’ll receive tracking information from either of them. When choosing a pick-up location I will go with the default option unless a preference is given in a note with the order placement. 

Shipping Fees NL:

Pick-Up location: €6,00
Home Delivery: €6,50

Pick-Up location Insured: €7,00

Home Delivery Insured: €7,50

Insured shipping fees do not cover shipping costs, prices are low because I want to encourage using these options. I happy pay some of it out of my own pocket for some extra security. Lost packages are only compensated when insured shipping is chosen. Please be careful entering your address details. I can’t be held responsible for lost packages due to mistakes on the buyers part. 

Shipments outside NL are always ensured. Handing over shipments from courier to courier can cause a lot of error and therefore I only ship ensured. This way you can count on your order being delivered safely. I am not responsible for added local taxes. I do not ship to the United States. I can’t ship to parcel lockers since signatures are required.

Every package will be carefully wrapped. Gift wrapping is also possible.
