Antique [night] dress

Absolutely amazing antique (night) dress. A beautiful thick woven cotton, dyed in a grey-ish blue. My guess is this might be a 100 year old piece but the quality is astounding. It has some marks (pictured), as expected of something this old but it doesn’t interfere with the beauty and functionality. The details are amazing, the pleads on the chest, the way the neckline is gathered, the little subtle embroidered initials, the little shell buttons.

Most garments I sell are vintage. Defects are always mentioned but keep in mind I sell garments that are often 30 years old, some are 40 or 50 years old even. Signs of wear can be expected of vintage. It’s part of the charm. Make sure you checked all pictures and descriptions before you purchase.
