I stumbled upon this heavily shrunken Nordic jumper at the thrift store and attempted to save it. Sadly the wool had been felted to far to restore it completely. Because a nice quality wool shall never go to waste, I decided to repurpose as much of the jumper as possible. So far I’ve made this cool bonnet and mittens. The bonnet can be worn in two ways. As a more loose hood or more fitted when you fold in the front. The wool is incredibly thick and warm. Perfect for cold winter days. I used vintage folkloric ribbon to complete the bonnet.

Most garments I sell are vintage. Defects are always mentioned but keep in mind I sell garments that are often 30 years old, some are 40 or 50 years old even. Signs of wear can be expected of vintage. It’s part of the charm. Make sure you checked all pictures and descriptions before you purchase.
